Recovery is the road of enlightenment
In my personal experience, the increase of my ‘enlightenment’ is directly related to my increase in mental health and nervous system wellness. We often separate these two concepts, as if enlightenment is some ethereal thing in the sky and it has nothing to do with psychological recovery.
My years of dedicated work to my recovery is the very thing that helped me to rewire my brain and release unhealthy patterns, behaviours and relational loops. As I freed myself from each thing and healed the source of my childhood wounds, I started to feel deeper levels of peace, connection, purpose, joy and inspiration. My being aligned to its innate design, which is to feel wholesome and well. It was from this place that I began to hear my heart more clearly and have consciousness expanding or ‘enlightening’ experiences.
One’s well-being is not just a kiss and prayer or waiting for a heaven beyond death. The feeling of heaven is right here, and experiencing it in the here and now is the function of life.
Rewire Limiting Beliefs
The therapy that helped me to come home into wholeness is called QEC (Quantum Energy Coaching). After being a client for sometime and experiencing its effectiveness, I decided to qualify in it and offer it as my primary healing therapy.
Developed by the genius of Dr. Melanie Salmon who has worked in trauma recovery for over 40 years;

Each session is 90 minutes in length and costs $90.00. I ask all first time clients to commit to at least 4 sessions. This gives you enough time to feel the changes and decide whether you want to continue with the QEC journey.
